Bali to Nusa Lembongan

How to get there?
Waiting for fastboat at Sanur Beach

There are a lot of fastboat operators between Bali and Lembongan (e.g.Scoot cruise, Rocky)
(***Each operator also have services like one day snorkeling tour to Lembongan and one day Island tour to Lembongan Island*** )
-I chose Scoot cruise to go Lembongan according to Tripadvisor and some youtube vlog and travel websites.
-Since we planned to stay at Lembongan Island I booked the one way fastboat tickets to Lembongan from online from (www.scootcruise.com) it costed 35USD per person.
-And if you are already in Bali that price is also included free pick up from your hotel.
-As we  directly went from airport we need to pay extra 250K rupiah per car for pick up service from airport( if you request airport pick up service from them...)

Where to stay?
Dream Beach

-There are a lot of places to stay at Lembongan Island
-I have divided into 3 areas, where can access easily for island tour, where can do watersport and where can go fine dining.
I asked my friend what she would like to do during trip. She replied me she prefer island tour since we have very limited holiday.

Sunset from the Deck Cafe & Bar

Island tour - around dream beach area is near to island's famous places like Devils tear and yellow bridge to Nusa ceningan Island where you can take boats to Nusa Penida also.
Watersports - Mushroom bay is famous for water sports like SUP, SUP yoga, surfing, fishing and body boarding and other activities.
Fine Dining- around harbour where there are a lot of fine dining restaurants, bars and beautiful atmosphere for dining...

-I have separated those according to island reviews.
I chose Dream Beach huts for two night stay at Lembongan island.
-(There are a lot of other hotels and home stay around dream beach area also. I have got some sort of psycho from my girls during my previous girls's trip. What my girls said was beach must be right in front of you by the time you wake up or eating breakfast when you go beach trip, hahaha ) .
-This is the reason why I chose beach front hotel Dream Beach Huts which is just right in front of dream beach although reviews are not so good.
-I was confused whether should I go for Dream Beach Huts or MolaMola house in Mushroom Bay , where reviews are much better than Dream Beach Huts.
-But I chose Dream Beach Huts for our two nights stay in Lembongan Island.

What to do ?
Mahana Point

This island is for surfing, diving, snorkeling , SUP ,SUP yoga, island tours
There are a lot of famous surf spots like Playgrounds, Laceration ,Shipwrecks and Nusa Ceningan's Mahana Point.
Island tour - Mushroom Bay beach, Underground house, Dream Beach ,Devil's tear, Mangrove, Seaweed farms....

Island main transportation is scooter bikes which costed around 70K rupiah for per day. There are a few island taxis also.
But scooter is best option which can reach everywhere by yourself.

Haing Gyi Island, Myanmar

This is my old trip post to Haing Gyi island,Myanmar, during 2013. I had learned that it is a place where the bay of bengal, the andaman sea and the river meet together. I had been there with my family for some family occasions.

We took bus from Yangon around 9 am and arrived in Pathein around 2 pm. We had some rest in Pathein and traveled with ship from Pathein harbour to Haing Gyi island at night . We have reached to Haing Gyi island around 3 am or 4 am.

We have visited around near by islands around Haing Gyi island as well as Mawtin Zun.
Haing Gyi island is surrounded by "mangrove forests'' , "nipa palm trees" (called "Da Ni" in Myanmar), "swaying palm trees".

Mainly, island economy based on fishing and can also see the other small family business too.
As well as also can see the "salt pans" in nearby villages.

Well ,I have traveled many beautiful beaches around south east asia with fully protective safety equipments. Here we did islands hopping without life jackets and lifebuoy. I thought I felt safe only with the mind of I was with my family. It's very dangerous indeed.

Other side of Haing Gyi Island where facing the Ocean. We used those small boats to reach here.

On the way to "MawTin Zun"

In order to reach "Maw Tin Zun" ,we needed to cross the small river with a boat around 10 minutes and take motorbikes on the back of local drivers.
